2 Introduction Exif Print This machine supports ExifPrint. Exif Print is a standard for enhancing the communication between digital cameras and printers. By connecting to an Exif Print-comp liant digital camera, the camera’s image data at the time of shooting is used and optimized, yielding extremely high quality prints.

9 Loading Paper Loading Paper 1 Open the Paper Support, then pull out the Paper Support Extension. 2 Open the Paper Outpu t T ray . 3 Open the Output T ray Extension. 4 Adjust the position of the Paper Thickness Lever . Set it to the right when printing on envelope s or T -shirt transfers, and left when printing on any other type of paper .
10 Operation Panel Operation Panel (1) ON/OFF button / Pow er lamp T urns the machine on and off. Lights or flashes green to indicate the power status. Before turning on the machine , make sure the Document Cover is closed. (2) LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) Displays messages, menu sele ctions, and the operational status.

26 Replacing a FINE Cartridge Replacing a FINE Cartridge When FINE Cartridges run out of ink, replace them using the follow ing steps. 1 Open the Paper Outpu t T ray . 2 Make sure tha t the machine is turned on, lift the Scanning Unit (Prin ter Cover), th en pull the Scanning Unit Suppo rt (A) down into place.
