12 Mo del s 336, 338 & 339 Op erati ng Pro ced ures Section 6 Operating Procedures Each unit st ores m ix in a hopper. T he mix t hen flows by gravi ty t hrough an air t ube down into t he fr eezing cylinder. They all have 2.8 quart ( 2.6 lit er) capac ity fr eezing cylinder s.

Figur e 19 Note: M ake sur e the hole in t he air orif ice is c lean and is not clogged. I f t he hole in t he air orif ice should become c logged, use s oap and hot wat er to c lear the hole.

Br ush clean t he rear s hell bearings at t he back of t he fr eezing cy linders wit h the black bristle brush.
