5 INST ALLA TION INSTRUCTIONS Unpacking: Befor e assembling an d installing your ceilin g f an, remove all parts fr om the shippin g cartons and check th em against th e parts listed her e . Befor e discardin g packagin g materi al, be certain that all parts have been removed .

7 INST ALLING THE F AN BODY T OP COVER Step 6. Once th e tabs are align ed, attach th e top cover to the m otor using the thr ee top cover retain- ing scr ews removed in Step 3. Han d tighten en- suring that all scr ews are engag ed. T est that the cover is on securely bef ore con tinuing with the in stallation.

Wh en on, the display will indi cate the li ght bulb symbol an d a vertical segm ent display r epre- sentin g brightn ess.
16 Pressin g the REVERSE button will chang e the dir ection o f rotati on. An audi o tone si gnals the beginnin g of th e reverse sequence an d you will see the airflow dir ection arr ow changin g. The fan grad ually slows to a stop, then r everses directi on.
17 REMOTE CONTROL CHANNEL NUMBER A second r emote con trol can be purchased fr om your dealer to pr ovid e du al remote con trol o f one f an. Because the f an could be confused by two contr ollers signalin g differen t informati on it is necessary to set a BASE con trol an d an AUXILIARY con trol.
