E-2 XJ-SK600 Overview The XJ-SK600 Projector Sys tem uses a Control Box to sync two projectors so their output lo oks and acts as if it is coming from a sin gle projector. A powerful collection of projected image sh aping functi ons, enables clear image pr ojection not only onto a fl at screen, but also onto curved and irre gular surfaces.

E-4 Getting Ready The Projector System can be placed on a flat surface or it can be ceili ng mounted. Placing the Projector System on a Flat Surface After attaching the feet to the cabinet, place the cabine t onto a table, desk, or stand or other level and firm surface, making sure you allow enough space around it.
E-5 Getting Ready Location Precautions z Use a conveniently located power outlet that you can reach easily when you need to unplug the power cord. z Make sure ther e is nothing inside the area ( within 30 cm (11.8 inches) of the Project or System) indicated b y the nearby illustration.
Getting Ready E-6 Ceiling Installation The Projector System can be hung from a ceiling. The Projector System can be ce iling mounted in an inverse (upside down) configuration or a vertical configuration.
E-7 Getting Ready Wire the Control Box and two proj ectors inside the Cabinet as sh own in the illustr ation below. When connecting the Control Box to a projector using a su pplied HDMI cable, conn ect the plug of the cable that is nearest the ferrite core to the HDMI port of the Control Box.
Getting Ready E-8 Load two AAA-size alkaline batteries into each of the remote controllers: one YT-200 Control Box remote controller, one YT-120 projector rem ote controller . Batteries are provided wi th the Projector System. To load batteries: Open the battery cover on the back of a re mote controller.

On the remote controller, press the [MENU] key to display the setup menu, and then configure the settings below in the indicat ed sequence. z If the Projector System will be us ed in an inverted ceiling mount co nfiguration, select “On” for the “Screen Settings 3 Ceilin g Mount” sett ing.
Getting Ready E-10 After you finish configurin g the initial settings of the two proj ectors, perform the procedure below to configure initial Control Box settings. To configure initial Control Box set tings 1. Press the remote controller [ALL] key (or [1] key) to turn on Control Box power.
E-11 Getting Ready Use the procedure in this section to adjust the projected images of the two projectors so they are approximately the same size and at th e same position on the target screen (the screen, wall, or other surface to be used as the projectio n surface after setup of the Pr ojector System is complete).
Getting Ready E-12 5. Perform the steps below to adjust the positi on and size of the Projector B image so it slightly runs off the edges of the target screen, as shown in the “After adjustment” image above. z Take care simply to loosen the five screws.
