3 Befor e Using for the Fir st Time – Read the instructions car efully befor e installing and using the applianc e. – After unpacking the appliance, check that it is not damaged. In case of doubt, do not use the appliance and contact your supplier or a qualified engineer .
4 Important Saf eguar ds and R ecommendations – Do not carry out any cleaning or maintenance without fir st disconnecting the applianc e from the electrical supply. – During and after use of the oven, cert ain parts will become very hot. Do not touc h hot parts.

7 How t o Use the Ov en W ARNING: The door is hot, use the handle. A TTENTION - MOS T IMPOR T ANT Pa y special at tention no t to touch the ho t heating element inside the ov en ca vity . Thermostat Knob (Fig. 3) This only sets the cooking temperatur e and does not switch the oven on.
8 Function Select or Knob (Fig. 2) Rotat e the knob clockwise to set the ov en for one of the f ollowing functions. Ov en Light By turning the function selector knob to this setting, the oven light will illuminate in the ov en cavity . The oven light will operat e on all selected functions.
9 Cooking A dvice St erilization Sterilization of f oods to be conserv ed, in full and hermetically sealed jars, is done in the f ollowing way: a. Set the switch to position . b. Set the thermostat knob to position 1 85 °C and preheat the oven. c. Fill the dripping pan with hot water .
1 0 Clock and T imer with “T ouc h-Contr ol” K eys K eys and T ouched simultaneously (f or more than 2 seconds): – setting the clock; – setting the timer volume (by touching once, along with the “ ” key); – to cancel automatic c ooking at any time.
1 1 “T ouc h-Contr ol” K eys The “touch-c ontrol” keys shall be oper ated by the fingers (just by touching the key). When using touc h contr ols it is best to use the ball of your finger r ather than the tip.
1 2 Aut omatic Cooking Use automatic cooking to aut omatically turn the oven on, cook, and then turn the oven off. 1 . Check the cloc k shows the corr ect time. 2. Select the function and temperatur e (function and temper atur e knobs). The oven will come on.
1 3 Do’s and do not’s – Do always grill with the ov en door closed. – Do read the user instructions car efully bef ore using the ov en for first time. – Do allow the oven to heat for one and a half hours, befor e using for the first time, in order to expel any smell from the new ov en insulation, without the introduction of f ood.
1 4 Car e and Maintenanc e It is advisable to clean when the appliance is cold and especially for cleaning the enamelled parts. Av oid leaving alkaline or acidic substances (lemon juice, vinegar , etc.) on the surfaces. Av oid using cleaning products with a c hlorine or acidic base.
1 5 St ainless St eel, Aluminium, Paint ed Parts and Silk-scr een Printed Surfac es Clean using an appropriat e product. Alw ays dry thor oughly. Stainless steel surfaces: can be cleaned with an appropriate stainless steel cleaner . IMPOR T ANT : these parts must be cleaned very car efully t o av oid scrat ching and abrasion.
1 6 Replacing the Halogen Ov en Light W ARNING: Ensure the appliance is switc hed off before replacing the lamp t o a void the possibility of electric shoc k. – Let the oven ca vity and the heating elements to cool down; – Switch off the electrical supply; – Remove the pr otectiv e cover C (fig.
1 7 Assembling and Dismantling of the Side R unner Fr ames – Assemble the wire r acks t o the oven walls using the 2 scr ews (Fig. 6). – Slide the tra y and rack into the runners (Fig. 7). The rac k must be fitted so that the safety cat ch, whic h st ops it sliding out, faces the inside of the oven.
1 8 Ov en Door Remo ving the Ov en Door The oven door can easily be r emoved as follow s: – Open the door to the full extent (fig. 8a). – Open the lever A complet ely on the left and right hinges (fig. 8b). – Hold the door as shown in fig. 8. – Gently close the door (fig.
1 9 Ov en Door - Remo v able Inner P ane o f Glass Cleaning the Panes o f Glass The oven door is fitted with no. 2 panes: - no. 1 outside; - no. 1 inner; T o clean the panes on both sides it is necessary to remove the inner pane as follows.
20 Replacing the Inner P ane of Glass 1 . Make sur e the door is locked open (see fig. 1 1). 2. Replace the inner pane: – Check that the f our rubber pads are in plac e ( D in Fig. 1 4). – Check that you are holding the pane the correct way . Y ou should be able to r ead the wor ding on it as it faces you.

25 OVEN DOOR LOWER TRIM AIR FLOW IMPOR T ANT : – T o a void damage to the low er trim please note the following instructions. – The lower trim is designed to allow f or good air cir culation and the corr ect opening of the oven door .

2 7 Connection o f the P ow er Supply Cable Unhook the terminal boar d cover by inserting a scr ewdriver into the tw o hooks “ A ” (fig. 2 7). Open the cable gland by unscr ewing screw “F” (fig. 28), unscrew the terminal screw s and remove the cable.
