General safety • Dishwasher detergents can cause chemi cal burns to eyes, mouth and throat. Could endanger life! Comply with the sa fety instructions of the dishwasher de - tergent manufa cturer. • The water in your dishwasher is not fo r drinking.

This dishwash er has an internal light th at turns o n and off when the opening and closing of the dishwasher's door occurs. Internal light is equipped with led lamp CLASS 1 in accordance with EN 60825-1: 1994 + A1: 2002 + A2: 20 01. In case that this light has to be replac ed, please, contact your local Service Force Centre.
Display 1. Washing programmes: during the progress of the programme these little bars indicate the phase of the washing pr ogramme: prewash - main wash - rinses - drying.
How to set the options 1. Press OPTION button. 2. Press one of the up and down scrolling buttons until desired option is dis - played: DELAY START MULTITAB SETTINGS 3. Press OK / START to confirm and enter submenu. 4. Press up and down scrolling buttons until required submenu is displayed.

Use of dishwasher salt WARNING! Only use salt specific ally designed for use i n dishwashers. All other types of salt n ot specifically designed for use in a dishwasher , especially table salt, will damage the water softener. Only fill with salt just be fore starting one of the complete washing programmes.
Use of rinse aid WARNING! Only use branded rinse aid for dishwa shers. Never fill the rinse aid dispenser with any other substa nces (e.g. dishwasher cl ean - ing agent, liquid detergent). Th is would damage the appliance. Rinse aid ensures thorough rinsing, and spot and streak f ree drying.
This occurs only at the start and at th e end of the washing programme; during the running of the prog ramme the indication for rinse aid re filling is not active.
• Before loading the dishes, you shou ld: – Remove all left over food and debris. – Soften remnants of burnt food in pans • When loading the dishes and cutlery, please note: – Dishes and cutlery must not impede the rotation of the spray arms.
The lower basket Load larger and heavily soiled dishes and pans in the lower basket. To make it easier to load larger dishes, all rear plate racks in the lower basket can be folded down.
1. Place the grid insert on the cutlery basket. 2. Place forks and spoon in the cutlery basket with their handles pointing downwards. For larger utensils, such as whisks, leave off one half of the cutlery grid.
Beer glasses and champagne glasses Up to 4 wheat beer glasses, Pils glasses, etc. can be hung in the beer glass holders on the lefthand side in the lower basket. If necessary, the beer glass holders can be fol - ded up. The beer glass holders can be replaced with 2 cup racks supplied as extras , which also ser ve as champagne glass holders.
The bars that fix the beer glass holders or cup racks can be removed, if required. 1. Push the bars back using the thumbs (see the picture). 2. Fix the bars again by pushing them forwards. WARNING! Important: risk of injury: do not take hold of the bars with the hand; place the hand under the bars on the lower basket for support.
• The cup racks can be folded up ou t of the way for tall crockery items. • Lay or hang win e and brandy glasses in the slots in the cup racks. • For glasses with long stems, fold the glass rack to the right, otherwise fold it away to the left.
Maximum height of the dishes in: the upper basket the lower basket With upper basket lowered 24 cm 29 cm The height of the upper basket can al so be adjusted wh en it is loaded. Raising / lowering the upp er basket: 1. Pull out the upper basket completely.
Fill with detergent 1. Open the lid. 2. Fill the detergent dispenser (1) with detergent. The marking indicates the dosing levels: 20 = approximately 20 g of detergent 30 = approximately 30 g of detergent. 3. All programmes with prewash need an additional detergent dose (5/10 g) that must be placed in the prewash detergent chamber (2).
Multi-Tab function This applia nce is equipped w i th the "Multi-Tab function", that allows the use of the "Multi-Tab" combi detergent tablets.

Once the washing programme has started, a point-shaped optical signal appears on the floor beneath the dishwasher door. This optical signa l will remain illuminate d for all the duration of the washing pr o - gramme. If the appliance has been in stall ed higher up with a fu rniture door mounted flush, the optical signal will be no longer visible.
• When the programme has ended, the opti cal signal on the floor beneath the dishwasher door will turn off. The dishwasher's drying system is provided wi th a device that allows air to circulate inside the dishwasher to prevent residual steam reco ndensing on the dishes as water droplets.
Care and cleaning Cleaning the filters The filters must be checked and cleaned from time to time. Dirty filters will degrade the washing result. WARNING! Before cleaning the filt ers ensure that the machine is switched off. 1. Open the door, remove the lower basket.
6. Remove the flat filter from the base of the washing compartment and clean both faces th orough ly. 7. Put the flat filter back in the base of the washing compartment and en - sure that it fits perfectly. 8. Place the coarse filter ( A ) in the mi - crofilter ( B ) and press together.
Prolonged periods of non-operation If you are not using the machine for any prolonged period of time you are advised to: 1. Unplug the appliance and then turn off the water. 2. Leave the door ajar to prevent the formation of any unpleasant smells. 3. Leave the inside of the machine clean.

Water supply connections Connection to a cold water supply is advised. If conn ection is made to a hot water supply the maximum permissible temperatur e is 60°C. A hot water supply is not always efficient with very soiled crocke ry as it shortens the washing programmes a lot.
• If water inlet hose or the safety va lve is damaged, remove the mains plug immediately. • A water inlet hose with safety valve must only be replac ed by a specialist or by the Service Force Centre. WARNING! Warning! Dangerous voltage. Water outlet hose connection The end of the drain hose can be connected in the following ways: 1.
