3 Operation Y our Griddle should be turned on prior to usage to allow the cooking surface to warm up; 5 minutes is sufficient. T o get ef ficient use from this unit, it is recommended t hat for intermittent use that the thermost at be turned down when not cooking.

Do not remove any component s or service panels on this p ro duct. *Allow the Griddle to cool down after use before dism antling for cleaning; the unit will be too hot to handle immediately after use.
