TROUBLESHOO TING Mak e sure the phone line is not being used b y another device at the same time (fax machine, answering machine, etc .). Check to mak e sure ther e is no dela y in hearing a dial tone on y our phone line . THE RECEIVER TURNS OFF AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF OPERA TING.

When you mo ve y our CEIV A Digital Photo Receiv er TM to a new location (diff erent ar ea code or phone number), you should first (befor e moving), update your phone information at y our CEIV A TM Home Page under the Settings option.
ABOUT Y OUR CEIV A Digital Photo Receiv er TM AND DIALING HO W DO I ADD A DIALING PREFIX T O MY CEIV A RECEIVER? If your telephone system r equir es a prefix such as a 9 to dial out, then you will need to pr ogram your Receiv er to use this pr efix in order for it to successfull y retriev e pictur es.

If your office uses a digital phone system, your Receiv er can share the same phone line y our fax machine uses, as this will be an analog phone line .
HO W DO I CONTROL THE PICTURE “ON” AND “OFF” TIMES? Adjusting your Receiv er’ s automatic on and off times ma y be done by logging into your account at www .ceiva.com, and selecting the Settings option. Once y ou ha ve selected the desir ed times, remember to click on Update Receiver to confirm y our changes.
