53 III COMFOR T ADDITIONAL AIR CONDITIONING Additional air conditioning allows you to optimise comfort levels in warm weather conditions. It produces ad- ditional fresh air which is supplied using the rear air vents. The supply of warm air via the rear air vents is not possible using this system.
55 III COMFOR T SCENTED AIR FRESHENER The scented air freshener releases a fragrance into the passenger com- partment via the central air vents. Rotate the button A to adjust (to the left to reduce, to the right to increase) or stop (maximum to the left) the fl ow of scented air .

66 III COMFOR T MIRRORS Exterior mirrors Each mirror is adjustable to provide the rear view needed for overtaking or parking. They can also be folded for parking in confi ned spaces.
67 III COMFOR T Interior mirror Adjustable mirror providing a central rearward view . Manual model The mirror is fi tted with a night-time anti-dazzle device. Adjustment Adjust the mirror so that the glass is directed correctly in the "day" position.
68 IV ACCESS REMOTE CONTROL KEY System which permits central un- locking or locking of the vehicle us- ing the lock or remotely . It is also used to locate the vehicle, activate the guide-me-home lighting and start the engine, as well as providing protection against theft.

After it has been triggered, the alarm is again operational. If the alarm is triggered ten times in succession, the eleventh time will result in it becoming inactive.

78 IV ACCESS D O O R S Opening From outside When the selective unlocking is activated, the fi rst press of the remote control unlocking button permits unlocking of the driver's door only . Pull on the front door control to open the door; this unlocks the vehicle completely .
79 IV ACCESS Unlocking Press button A again to unlock the vehicle. The red indicator lamp on the button switches off. If the vehicle is locked or dead- locked from the outside, the red in- dicator lamp fl ashes and button A is inactive. In this case, use the remote control or the key to unlock the vehicle.
80 IV ACCESS B O O T After unlocking the vehicle com- pletely using the remote control or the key , with the rear screen closed, pull on the handle 1 and raise the tailgate. Lower the tailgate using one of the two handholds 3 , located on the interior boot trim.
