12 HOME line - Y our conventional telephone land line. Pairing - This r efers to the pr ocess of two Bluetooth devices r egistering device information with each other . The telephone base must be pair ed with a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone befor e the Bluetooth device can be used.
13 UK t Pairing will be confirmed when you hear a tone and the Bluetooth icon appears on the handset. Refer to the user’ s manual of your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone to learn how to sear ch for or add new Bluetooth devices. Notes: Pair ed device(s) will be connected automatically and stor ed into the Pair ed Devices list.
14 t Display will show the mobile name of paired device(s). Note: Display will show “EMPTY” if ther e is no device pair ed. t Press OK and then / to select the desired mobile device. For the connected mobile device: t Press OK to r emove the mobile device.
15 UK 7.3.2 Dir ect dialling Using the home line Pr ess or to take the home line and enter the phone number . Using the mobile line t Press MOBILE and O K , then enter the phone number . t Press MOBILE to dial with mobile line. If ther e ar e two mobile devices connected, you have to select one device fr om the list.
16 Using the mobile line t Press MOBILE to dial the selected r edial list entry with mobile line. 7.3.6 Call timer Y our handset automatically times the duration of every call. The call timer will display a few seconds after the call ends. It is shown in hours, minutes and seconds format (HH:MM:SS).
17 UK > When you end the call, the setting will r emain at the last selected level. 7.8 Mute a call Y ou can talk to someone nearby without letting the caller hear you during a call. During a call: t Press to mute the micr ophone and “MUTED” will display on the LCD.
18 Note: If the r edial list entry shows a name, pr ess # to view the number of this entry . t Press / to br owse the r edial list. t Press to dial to the selected r edial number . Note: If ther e ar e no numbers in the r edial list, the display shows “EMPTY”.
19 UK 7.12 Find the handset Y ou can locate the handset by pr essing the Find button in the middle of the fr ont of the base station. All the handsets r egister ed to the base will pr oduce the paging tone and show “P AGING“ on the display for 60 seconds.
20 Note: If ther e is an external call while you ar e on an inter com call, you‘ll hear warning beeps, and you have to end the inter com call, befor e you can answer the external call. 7.13.2 Call all handsets t In idle mode, press and the r egister ed handset numbers will display .
21 UK 8 PRIV A TE PHONEBOOK Each handset can stor e up to 50 private phonebook entries with names and numbers. Each phonebook entry can have a maximum of 20 digits for the phone number and 12 characters for the name. Y ou can also select dif fer ent ringtones for your phonebook entries.
22 Note: If the number is mor e than 12 digits, pr ess OK or to view the r emaining digits. 8.4 Edit a Phonebook Entry In idle: t Press OK and / to select “PHONEBOOK“ and then press OK to access the phonebook. t Press / to select the desir ed phonebook entry .
23 UK t Press O K to display how much of the phonebook is being used, for example “14/50“ means 14 entries ar e stor ed out of the total 50 available spaces. 9 CALLER DISPLA Y (NETWORK DEPENDENT) This featur e is available if you have subscribed to the Calling Line Identification service with your network service pr ovider .
24 9.2 Stor e a call list number into the phonebook t Follow Steps 1 and 2 in Section 9.1. t Press O K and / to show “ADD TO PB“. t Press O K and then enter the name. t Press O K and the selected call list number is displayed. t Edit the number if necessary .

29 UK 10.5 Set the Auto Answer If you turn on the Auto Answer , you can answer a call automatically by just lifting the handset of f the base or char ger , without having to pr ess any key . t Press O K and / to select “HS SETTINGS”. t Press O K and / to select “AUTO ANSWER”.
