1 3 Incom ing call When there is an incoming call, you will see y our screen displaying the vi sual ringer . Caller informat ion is disp layed on the screen (if y ou have calle r ID ser vice with y our phone account , purchased separat ely from your phone ser v ice provider).
1 4 Phone book – pres s this ic on to access your phonebook recor d s. At the to p of your scree n, you will see t hree butt ons: 1 . “F av or ites” – t his icon t akes y ou to y our most dialed numbers; this list is popul ated wit h the ph one numbers you call most frequentl y .

Y ou will se e three bu t tons at t he top of this window: “Incoming ” , “Outgoing ” , and “Clear ” .

1 7 ENSE MBLE I C ONS - DE T AIL S OR Answering Mach ine - ON ( defa ult ) – press this ic on to tog gle the answering machine to “ON” o r “OFF” . Ringer - ON ( defa ult ) – press this ico n to tog gle the audible ringer to “ON” ( audible ) or “OFF ” ( silent ).

A new window will be display ed , sh owing t he dif ferent items available for adjust ments . • Dialing • T alking K eypad – t his feature allows the phone to pronounce the digits for t he number you are dialing out.
20 • Passcodes • Passcodes are provided to prevent easily c onfused end users f rom alt ering t he sett ings of the phone af t er a caregiv er has congured it fo r them. • Y our unit has t wo fac tor y set passcodes, one f or editing or changing unit set- tings and one for adding/editing phonebook records.

23 T ROU BLE SHOO TI NG Time on the Ensemble has shifted. • Incorrect t ime information from incoming Caller ID changes the time. T o correct , press the “Date/ Time” i con an d adj u st m anually . The second call er ’s informat ion is not displayed durin g an outside call.
