6 Hardware Installation Unpack and Inspect NOTE: Under ordinary circumstances, the DFE - 680TXD will not be affected by static charge as may be received through your body during handling of the unit.
7 Step 1: Insert the DFE - 680TXD Under the PC Card standard and the corresponding Japanese JEIDA standard, PC Cards may safely be "hot swapped" –– it is not necessary to switch the computer's power off before installing or removing the DFE - 680TXD, or any other PC Card.
