Page 2 Introduct ion Features Y ou are now the proud owner of one of the finest and most modern washing machines that today ’ s technology can pro- duce. Y ou and your machine are going to make a great team together . But first i t will pay if you really get to know each other .
Page 3 Safety precautions Before washing, check all clothe s for loose buttons and tears. Check pockets for coins, pins or other small articles. Close zips and fasteners. W ash small articles inside a pillow slip. Do not wash clothes soaked in petr ol, thinners, vegetable oil or any other flammable liquids.

Page 5 DRAIN HOSE • Connect the drain hose to the drain outlet at t he rear of the machine and secure it with the hose clamp supplied. • Fit the flexible hose guide. • Hook the outlet en d of the drain hose over the lip of a sink or outlet pipe.
Page 6 Loading t he machine PREP ARA TION • Close all zippers, snaps and hooks to pr event them from snagging other article s. • Remove pins and other hard items to prevent them from scr a tching the machine. • Empty all pockets and tu rn them inside out.

Page 8 Operation ADDING DETERGENT • Add a measured amount of detergent to the dete rgent drawer . Use only deter gent specifically recommended for top loading was hers an d follow the manufacturer ’ s instructions. • If required, add a m eas ure of liquid chlorine bleach to the bleach inlet.
Page 9 Progra mme select ion FUZZY LOGIC PROGRAMME This machine has Fuzzy Logic sensors. These enable it to evaluate each load pl aced in the drum and to sele ct and modify a wash programme to suit the load. Do not use the FUZZY programme for woollen or delicate garments.
Page 10 User defined Programmes MO DE CONTRO L SETTING THE W A SH TIME Press the Mode pad and select W ASH Press the Control pa d repeatedly to select the wash time 12 > 15 > 18 > 0 > 6 > 9 Minutes If you do not want a wash cycle, you must se lect (0) minutes.
Page 11 TIME DELA Y First select and set the pr ogramm e, you require , as described previ- ously . Press the TIME DELA Y pad as many times as you require. The digital dis- play shows the delay time. Every pres s of the pad delays the completion time by one hour .
