The evaporator cools the air, i. e. it ex- tracts heat fro m it. This extracted heat is then transferred to t he working medium (refrigerant) in the evap orator.

It can be swu ng out after removing the lowe r front cover and looseni ng the fastening screw located i n the upper right-hand corner. The switch box contai ns the supply conn ection termi nals, as well the power conta ctors, the soft starter uni t and the heat pump manager.
