7 Tips on cooking and frying 3 Information abo ut acrylamides According to the latest scientific resear ch, in- tensive browning of food, especially in prod- ucts containing star ch, may pr esent a health risk due to acrylamide. The refor e we r ecom- mend cooking at low temperatures and not browning foods too much.
