3. Set the correct washing program for the type of load and soi l. 4. Fill the detergent disp enser wit h the cor rect quantity of detergent. 5. Start the wash ing program.
– Make sure that glasses do not touch oth er glasses. – Put small o bjects in the cutlery bask et. • Plastic items and pans with non-st ick coatings can retain water droplets. Pl astic items do not dry a s well as porcelai n and steel items . • Put light items in the up per basket.
Caution! If the basket is in the upper po sition, do not put cups on the cup racks. Use of detergent Only use de tergents (powder, li quid or table t) that are suitable for dishwashers. Follow the data on the packag ing: • dosage re commended by the manufacture r, • storage recommendations.
When the washing p rogram operates , you can- not change the program. Cancel th e washing program. Warning! Only interrup t or cancel a washi ng program if nece ssary. Open the door carefu lly. Hot steam and water c an escape. Cancelling a washing program • Press an d hold the star t/cancel button until the start/cancel indicato r light goes off.
5 Put the filter A in the bottom of the ap pliance. Install the flat filter cor- rectly under the two guides D. 6 Put the filter system in position. To lock the fil- ter system, turn the han- dle cloc kwise until it locks in position Important! Do not remo ve the spray arms.

The cleaning results are not satisfactory There are streaks, mi lky spots or a bluish coating on gla sses and dishes • Decrease the ri nse aid dosa ge. Dry water drop stains on glasses and d ishes • Increase rinse aid dosa ge. • The detergen t can be the cause .
Make sure that the dimensions o f the recess agree with the given dim ensions. 1 2 3 4 Adjusting the level of the appliance Make sure that th e applia nce is level to close a nd seal the door correctly. If the level of the ap pliance is correct, the door does not catch on the sides of the cabinet.
The drain ho se must be free of kink s and obstruc- tions. Remove the si nk plug when the appliance dra ins the water to prevent that the wa ter goes back into the ap- pliance. If you connect the water drai n hose to a trap spigot under the sink, remove th e plastic membrane.
