H0438pr-0920 9 BA TTERY CHARGING F H0438pr-0921 E Charger Connector A B • Plug the charger connector into the batter y A . • Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet B . Note: If power flo w to the wall outlet is controlled by a s witch, make sure the s witch is “ON”.
10 ASSEMBL Y F H0438pr-0921 2 Hint: There is a right and a left front wheel. Place the right wheel (marked R) on the passenger side of the v ehicle, and the left wheel (marked L) on the driver side of the v ehicle. • Place a front wheel onto each front axle.

Bumper 11 • Fit the grille onto the bumper . • Push down to fit the tabs on the g rille into the slots in the bumper . Bumper Grille 12 • Inser t two #8 x 3 / 4 " scre ws the top of the grille.
13 ASSEMBL Y F H0438pr-0921 14 • Fit the headlights (left and right) onto the bumper . Headlights 15 • Inser t two #8 x 3 / 4 " scre ws into the top edge of each headlight. Tighten the screws . Headlights 16 • Fit the door pegs onto the holes near the front end of the v ehicle.
14 ASSEMBL Y F H0438pr-0921 18 • Inser t three #8 x 3 / 4 " scre ws into each plate and tighten. 19 • Separate the radio and dash connector wires from the motor harness connector. • P osition the motor har ness connector to wards the front of the vehicle and into the battery compar tment.
H0438pr-0921 15 22 • Inser t f our #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into the base of the windshield/dash. Tighten the screws . 23 • Inser t two #8 x 3 / 4 " scre ws into the sides of the windshield/dash. Tighten the screws . • Close the doors on the v ehicle.
H0438pr-0921 16 ASSEMBL Y F 29 Steering Column Cap 26 • P osition the steering wheel so that the large opening is UP . • Fit the steering wheel onto the steer ing column. Steering Wheel Steering Column • Fit the steering column cap onto the end of the steering column.
ASSEMBL Y F 17 H0438pr-0921 Battery Safety Information In e xceptional circumstances, batteries may leak fluids that can cause a chemical burn injur y or ruin your product. T o av oid batter y leakage: • Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeab le (nickel-cadmium).
18 ASSEMBL Y F 33 • Inser t the f astener end of a shor t seat belt strap through the slot near the outer edge of the seat. Make sure the side of the seat belt with the f astener faces the outer edge of the seat.
36 • Bef ore applying the labels, wipe the surface of the v ehicle with a clean, dr y cloth to remo ve any dust or oils . • First apply the inside edge of a label to the back end of the vehicle . Ne xt, apply the outside edge of the label to the side of the vehicle .
40 • Fit the truck bed onto the v ehicle. T ruck Bed 41 • Inser t three #8 x 3 / 4 " scre ws into the top of the truck bed. Tighten the screws .
Proper label application will help to keep the labels looking their best! When applying labels, keep the following guidelines i n mind: • W ash your hands bef ore applying the labels. • Bef ore applying the labels, wipe the surface of the v ehicle with a clean, dr y cloth to remo ve any dust or oils .
