W ARNING T o prevent serious injury or death: • It is dangerous to use this product on an elevated surface. • Never use on a soft surface (bed, sofa, cushion) since product can tip over and cause suffocation in soft surfaces. • Always use the restraint until child is able to climb in and out of the chair unassisted.
1 Assembly IMPORTANT! Before assembly or each use, inspect this pr oduct for damaged hardwar e, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges. DO NOT use if any parts ar e missing, damaged or broken. Contact Mattel for replacement parts and instructions if needed.
Assembly 5 Side Rail #8 x 2.9 cm Screw Side Rail Front T ube • Insert a #8 x 2.9 cm screw thr ough the outside of each side rail and into the ends of the front tube. IMPORTANT! Please follow the next assembly (step 6) car efully to completely secure the fr ont tube to the side rails.
Assembly 9 P ad Slot Press Seat Back Hardboar d P ad Buckles • Turn the har dboard over and insert it into the slot in the front edge of the pad. • Fasten the pad buckles on the front edge of the pad and under- neath the seat. Make sure you hear a "snap" on both s ides.
Battery Installation Shown Actual Size 1,5V LR20 (“D”) • Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the vibrations unit. • Loosen the screw in the battery compartment door with a Phillips screwdriver . • Lift to remove the battery compartment door .
Setup and Use T o prevent serious injury or death: • Reclined position not recommended for children who can sit up by themselves (6 months approximately , until 9 kg.). • Use the upright position only when child has developed enough upper body control to sit without leaning forward.

T oy Bar • Fit the plugs on each end of the toy bar into the sockets in each side rail. • Fit the toy bar straps thr ough the slot in the toy rings. Fasten the straps. • Or , attach the toys to the pad straps. 4 Plug Plug Toys Toy Bar Calming V ibrations 5 P ower Switch • Make sure your child is pr operly secured in the seat.
Storing the Restraint System for T oddler Use 7 Small Slots Large Slot • Insert the restr aint belts back through the small slots in the pad. • Insert the restr aint pad down through the large slot in the pad. 8 • Turn the r ocker face down. • Tuck the ends of the r estraint pad underneath the buckles, as shown.
• The pad is machine washable. Wash the pad separ ately in cold water on the gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Line dry . • The frame, toy bar and toys may be wiped clean using a mild cleaning solution and a damp cloth. Do not use bleach. Do not use harsh or abr asive cleaners.
