10 ASSEMBL Y F M9780pr-0920 2 Hint: There is a right and a left front wheel. Place the right wheel (marked R) on the passenger side of the vehicle, and the left wheel (marked L) on the driver side of the vehicle. • Place a front wheel onto each front axle.
M9780pr-0920 11 ASSEMBL Y F M9780pr-0920 6 • Fit the front end onto the vehicle. • Insert the tabs on the back edge of the front end into the slots in the vehicle. Front End Vehicle 7 • Insert two #8 x 3 / 4 " screws through the front end and into the vehicle.
M9780pr-0920 11 12 ASSEMBL Y F M9780pr-0920 10 • Insert eight #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into the bumper and tighten. Bumper 12 • "Snap" each headlight into the headlight cover . Hint: There is a left and right headlight and headlight cover .
13 ASSEMBL Y F M9780pr-0920 13 • Fit the headlights (left and right) onto the bumper . Hint: Headlights only fit one way . If they do not seem to fit, tr y the other side. Headlights 14 • Insert a #8 x 3 / 4 " screw into the top edge of each headlight.
14 ASSEMBL Y F M9780pr-0920 17 • Insert three #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into each plate and tighten. 18 • Separate the radio connector wires from the motor harness connector . • Position the motor harness connector towards the front of the vehicle and into the battery compartment.
M9780pr-0920 15 21 • Insert four #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into the base of the windshield/dash. Tighten the screws. 22 • Insert 2 #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into the side of the windshield/dash. Tighten the screw . • Close the doors on the vehicle.
M9780pr-0920 16 ASSEMBL Y F 28 Steering Column Cap 25 • Position the steering wheel so that the large opening is UP . • Fit the steering wheel onto the steering column. Steering Wheel Steering Column 26 • While pressing down on the steering wheel, grasp the steering column under the dash and pull it up as far as it will go.
17 M9780pr-0920 ASSEMBL Y F • Locate the FM Radio on the dash. • Loosen both screws in the battery compartment door . • Remove the battery compartment door . • Insert four , new "C" (LR14) alkaline batteries. Hint: We recommend using alkaline batteries for longer battery life.
32 • Insert the fastener end of a short seat belt strap through the slot near the outer edge of the seat. Make sure the side of the seat belt with the fastener faces the outer edge of the seat. • Pull the short seat belt strap completely through the slot until the last T -loop at the opposite end of the belt catches against the slot.
36 • Fit the wing tabs into the slots in the top edge near the rear of the vehicle. Hints: • There is a left and right wing. They are designed to be assembled one way . • Make sure the tabs on the top of the taillights fit into the bottom of each wing.
38 • Position the speaker box assembly over the back end of the vehicle. • Plug both speaker connectors together . Hint: If the connectors do not fit together , do not force them. Simply turn one of them over and try again! 39 • Fit the speaker box assembly onto the vehicle.
Proper label application will help to keep the labels looking their best! When applying labels, keep the following guidelines in mind: • Wash your hands before applying the labels. • Before applying the labels, wipe the surface of the vehicle with a clean, dr y cloth to remove any dust or oils.

24 Care If a battery leak develops, avoid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged battery in a plastic bag. See information below for proper disposal. If acid comes in contact with skin or eyes, flush with cool water for at least 15 minutes and call a physician.
