7 Getting Started 1.2 Con necting to AC P ower a nd Cha rging the Battery (Option al) When c harging the batt ery for th e first tim e, you sh ould c harge it for at lea st 8 hours. 1. Slide and clic k the co nnector conver ter onto the AC adapte r . 2.

9 Operati ng Basi cs 2. 1 Perfor ming th e Initial Start Up 1. press the ON /OFF button f or seve ral seco nds. 2. Y o ur devic e will au tomatic ally turn on. Con nect the car cha rger as describ ed in the ne xt sectio n. 3. The Opening screen appear s.
10 press bu tton, the device is turne d off. 3. If pres sing bu tton, the device w ill enter into sle eping st ate. When y ou pres s the b utton to t urn off the unit, y our dev ice actually enters a suspe nd state and the system stops o perating . Once you turn on the s ystem a gain, it r esumes .
11 Operati ng Basi cs 2. 4 Main M enu The first time y ou initialize your device, the M ain Menu appears. The Main Menu is your starting p lace fo r vario us task s. T ap a butt on to sta rt a tas k or ope n othe r menu. Such as tap "S ettings " button , enter in to the su bme nu .
12 T o remov e a card, first make sur e that no applicati on is accessin g the card, then slightly p ush the top edg e of the card to r elease it and pu ll it out o f the slot. NOTE: . Make s ure tha t no fore ign obje cts ente r the slo t. . Keep a micro SD car d in a w ell-pro tected b ox to av oid dus t and hu midity when yo u are n ot using it.

17 For the first tim e, please note the c hange of PC and foll ow the steps to insta ll the conn ection. T ap “browse ” button , open t he motio n devic e menu . Now you can copy s omethin g i n o r ou t th e P ND on PC and the PND a lso can perform synch ronous ly along with P C.
