Assembly Instructions 1. Before using the Grill for the first time, wipe the Grill Plate with a damp cloth to remove any dust. W ash the Grill Base, Lid, Side T rays and Drip Cup in warm, soapy water . Rinse and dry thoroughly. DO NOT IMMERSE TEMPERA TURE CONTROL PROBE IN WA TER.
