Ensure el ectrica l wires ends are 5/8 in . (15.9 mm) long. If they are n o t, use a sharp scissors to strip al l four wire ends to the co rrect length.

Installa tion 309572Z AG 21 Connect Hoses to Propo rtioner 1. Grease with Fusion ® grease and connect fluid hoses to proport ioner fluid manifold (M) . Red for hardener (ISO), blue for resi n (RES). NOTE: For pr oportioner s with t ermination box (TB), fo llow step 2, For propo rtioners with ele ctrical splice connec tors (12) follow step 3.

To ensure th at the FTS in the ho se is at the same te mperature a s the heater s, keep heat of f and store the hose FTS near th e machine for se veral minu tes.
