Place rubber grom - mets and fender washers on t wo hex bolts, thread them through the holes nearest t he motor and sec ure them wit h flat washers, lock washers, and lock nuts .

- 1 2- G0594 Large Chipper/ Shredder To shred twigs, leaves, and brush: 1. Slowly pour the material into the hopper. DO NOT try to stuff too much material in at one time or the machine will jam. 2. Use a 1" diameter branch to push the mate- rial into the hopper if necessary (see Figure 9 ).

Install the new belt and adjust the idler pulley so the V-belt deflects approximately 3 ⁄ 8 " when pushed with moderate pressure.
