GT O 4000XLS Instruction M anual © 01.10.12 7 Step 1 Close the gate and place y our level against the horizontal cross member . P osition the level so that the t op should be in the center of the cr oss member and overlaps the post. Scribe a line across the cross member and post .

Place a 1 / 2 ” bushing above the rear mount and a 3 / 16 ” bushing under the rear mount. Alig n the hole in rear mount, bushings and post pivot bracket and secur e with the 3 1 / 2 ” clevis pin and hair pin clip .

Thread appro ximately 6” of the power cable into the control bo x and retighten sealing nut until the pow er cable locks into place .

Attach these ends to the 18 V AC OR SOLAR terminals located on the POWER INPUTS terminal block. Be certain not to let the exposed wires touch each other! Inser t one transformer wire int o an 18 V AC OR SOLAR terminal.
