Allow 5/8 inch on eac h side, and 1 inch over the t op o f the refrigera t or to ease installation and for proper air circulation.
5 6 Use of E x tension C o rds Avoid the us e of an ex tension c ord because o f potential safety haz ards under certain conditions. If it is necessary to us e an extension cord, use only a 3-wire ext ens ion cord that has a 3-blade grounding plug and a 3-slot outlet that will accept the plu g.
7 8 CLE ANING THE REFR I GERA TO R COMP ARTM E N T Clean the inside of the refrigerator at least twice a year. Turn temperature control dial to "0", unplug the refrigerator and rem ove f ood and sh elves. Wash inside with warm w ater and baking soda solut ion (about two table s poons o f baking soda t o o ne liter of w ater).
