1 I. INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing t he Hawking HWUN1A Wireless-N USB Adapte r . Now you can enjoy t he latest Wireles s-N technol ogy with excellent speeds, of up to 300Mbps*.
2 Package Contents Before you b egin the installat ion, please check the items of your package. The package s hould include the f ollowing items: - One HWUN1A Wireless-N USB network Adapter - One USB cable (1.
3 1. Insert the I nstallation CD into your CD-RO M Driv e. Power on your Com puter and ins ert the Setup CD into your CD-RO M Driv e. A folder should autom atically open. If there is no f older opening up automatic ally , click on the CD icon on y our deskt op to man u ally open the folder .

6 III. Connecting To Your Wireless Network 1. When your computer has successf ully restarted. I nsert the Hi-Gain Wireles s-N USB Adapter int o an available US B port on your des ktop or not eb o ok compute r. - Insert the US B adapter f i rmly int o the USB port to en s ure a proper c onnec tion is made.

9 IV. Configuration Utility The Configurat ion Utility is a powe rful applicatio n that helps you configure the HWUN1A and monitor the link status an d s tatist i cs of your wireles s connecti on. Each time you insert the Hawking Hi-Gain card the Hawking Wireless Utility should automatic ally load.
