1 Caution: B e s u re t o re a d t he L 2 00 2 In verter Manual and follow its Cautions and W arnings for the initial pr oduct installation. This Quick Refer ence Guide is intended for refer enc e use by experienced users in servic ing existing installations.
2 T ermin al Tightening T orque and Wire Size The wire size range and tightening torq ue for field wiring terminals are presented i n the tables below . 200V Models Motor output In verter Model Wire S ize (A WG) T orque kW HP ft-lbs (N-m) 0.2 1/4 –002NFE(F)2/NFU2 16 0.
3 Wire Connec tors Wa r n i n g : Field wirin g connections must be made by a UL Listed and CSA Certified ring lug terminal connector sized for the wir e gauge being used. The connector must be fixed using the crimping tool specified by the con- nector manufactur er .
4 Motor Overload Protection Hitachi L200 2 in verters provide solid state motor ov erload protection, which depends on the proper sett ing of the following para meters: • B012 “electronic ov erloa.
