When in the valet mode, the system cannot be armed, but panic mode is still functional.

After turning the ignition switch to OFF , remove the ignition k ey . LED blinks once. If you f ollow either procedure below , LED blinks once to show the system is in the Valet mode.

10 © 200 8 American Honda Motor Co., Inc. - All Rights Reser ved. Arming Arming Methods There are two possib le ways to arm the system: • MANU AL Arming (Remote Controlled). • A UTO Arming (P assive) Manual Arming (Remote Controlled) 1 The arming mode is set to “ MANU AL.
