Elec tric al Supply ... 3 W ARNING: This appliance must be earthed. F uses Y our appliance comes fitted with a plug and a 13A fuse. If you need to replace the fuse , only those rated at 13A and AST A approved t o BS1362 should be used. W ARNING: Do not use the plug unless the fuse cov er is fitted.
Installation... 4 F ollow the Installation Instructions, making sure the Dishwasher is correctly installed. When installing the Dishwasher , carry out tasks in the following order: - choose a location. - level the appliance (adjusting the f eet). - connect to a drainage system.

Before using your Dishw asher you must carry out the following steps t o ensure you obtain the best possible wash performance from your appliance. F ollow these 4 steps: - Adjust the W ater Sof tener . - Fill the Salt C ontainer . - Fill the Rinse Aid C ontainer .
FILLING THE SPECIAL SAL T C ONT AINER... Note: O nly use recommended Dishw asher salt or granular salt. DO NO T use ev eryday table salt, cooking salt or road salt as they contain insoluble substances which c ould harm the Dishwasher .
FILLING THE RINSE AID C ONT AINER... The purpose of Rinse Aid is to prevent formation of water marks on tablewar e and utensils, and to ensure that glasses are clean and sparkling. R inse Aid is consumed during the washing process. - T o open the lid, press on the rinse aid (1) container lid and simultaneously lift the lid off the lug (2).

13 Detergent compartment with level indicators: Press the r elease lever to open the flap . The side of the detergent c ompartment is marked with lines, to help you determine how much powder t o add. The capacity of the detergent container is 15ml to the bottom line , 25ml to the middle line and the compartment contains 40ml when it is full.
Items NO T suitable for the dishwasher: ● Cutlery and tableware made from wood or part wood-They become faded and unsightly in appearance. ● A void washing horn-handled and bronze cutlery in the machine.

Loading the dishwasher Scrape off any large amoun ts of left-over food . It is not necessary to rinse the dishes under running water . Place objects in the dishwasher in such a way that: - Items such as cups, glasses, pots/pans, etc. are stood upside down.
18 Cups and Glasses Upper basket Long stemmed glasses can be placed against the zig-zag rack as shown below to stand securely during the wash. Pots and P ans Low er basket F olding Spikes T o improve stacking of pots and pans, the spikes can be folded down.
Programme selection The most appropriate progr amme can be identified by comparing the type of crockery , cutlery etc., as well as the amount and condition of food remains , with the details contained in the programme o verview. The corresponding programme sequenc e, duration and consumption details are sho wn in the bottom half of the overview .
Programming the timer Y ou can delay the start of a programme in increments of one hour for up to 24 hours . - Switch the dishwasher ON. - Immediately press the TIMER button 2 The numerical display 3 changes to . - Press the TIMER button as man y times as necessary until the numerical display shows the required dela y .
Regular inspection and maintenance of your appliance helps to prev ent problems from occurring. This saves time and aggra vation. Y ou should therefore carefully inspect the inside of your dishwasher from time to time . Overall c ondition of appliance.
Spray arms. Lime and remnants of food in the washing water can block the nozzles in the spr ay arms and the arm mountings. - Inspect the nozzles in the spray arms for blocked holes due to remnants of food . - If necessary , pull the lower arm upwards and lift it off .
Caution - Do not forget that repairs should only be carried out by a qualified specialist. Improper repairs can lead to considerable equipment damage as well as danger to the user . - The dishwasher must first be disconnected from the electricity supply before an y repairs or other work can be carried out.
