Before F itting: Please read through this section before starting any work. Choosing a Location: Do not install your appliance in a room where the temperature goes belo w 5˚C, this will affect the appliances performance. The power socket should be in a readily accessible position, adjacent to the appliance.

Car e & Cleaning 19 Interior * Remove salad bins , racks, shelves and baskets - wash in warm water and washing up liquid using a soft cloth, dry thoroughly .
T roubleshooting . 20 If your appliance is not working properly , it may be a minor problem, therefore check the following: Refrigerator compressor does not run. Refrigerator control is off . Set refrigerator control. See ‘Controls ’ . Refrigerator runs too much or too long .
T roubleshooting . 21 T emp eratur e in the freezer is too cold BUT the refrigerat or temperature is satisfactory . Fr eezer control is set too cold . T roubleshooting . 22 Louder sound lev els when refrigerat or is on. T oday ’ s refrigeration appliances have lar ger storage capacity and work to maintain more even temperatures. It is normal for some sound to be heard. This is normal, the sound will level off when selected temperature hav e been reached.
T roubleshooting . 23 Door/s will not close. F ood package keeping the door open. Ensure stored items are kept clear of the door so it can close properly . Clean the seal/s, see ‘Care & Cleaning ’ section. Replace damaged seal/s. Door seal/s dirt y or damaged.
T roubleshooting . 24 Ice dispenser is jammed . Ice cubes are jammed between ice maker arm and back of the bin. Remove the ice cubes. Only the ice cubes made by the appliance ice maker should be used with the dispenser . ice cubes that hav e been purchased or made in another way hav e been used in the dispenser .
