The video subsystem pr ovides a 15-pin monitor conn ector on the system boar d. On some models, an optio n al 24-pin D V I-I monitor con n ector is pro vi ded on the AGP boar d.
Chapt er 2. System board features 11 These speakers must be power ed with a built in amplifier . In general, any powered speakers designed f o r use with personal computers can be used with the audio adapter . These speakers are available with a wide range of fe atu res and power output s.

Chapt er 2. System board features 17 The small rocker switch ha s thr ee functions. By moving switch 1 to the On position, you activate the diskette write-pr otect feature. By m oving switch 2 to the On position, you clear the CMOS. This r ocker switch is also used for flash recovery .

The fo l lowing figures show the approximate power that is provided f or specific sys tem components. Many components draw less current than the maximum s hown.
Chapter 4. Power supply 27 Note: Some adap ters and hard disk drives draw more current than the rated maximums. These adapters and drives can be in s talled in the system; however , t he power supply w ill shut down if the total power used exceeds the maximum power that is available.
