A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTI ON Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Two Ad justable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Place the Right Base Frame ( #1) on a flat surface.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Rear Ver tical Fr ame (#4) to the Ri ght Base Frame ( #1). Attach the Left Base Frame (#2) to the R ear Vertic al Frame. Ali gn the holes and secur e them with tw o M10 x 2 ¾” Car riag e Bolts (#84), ∅ ¾” W ashers (#99), and M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#96).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Rig ht Vertic al Beam (#3) to the R ight Base Frame ( #1). Secure i t with tw o M10 x 2 ½ ” Car riage Bol ts (#85), ∅ ¾” W ashers (#99), and M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#96). DO not tighten the Nuts and Bol ts yet.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Slide fourteen W eight Plates (#44) onto the rear set of Guide Rods ( #9). Make sure the grov es on the Plates all face toward the back of the machine. Insert a Selector R od (#29) into the center holes. Sl ide a Selector Stem ( #45) onto the two Gui de Rods.

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Left Seat Support (#8) to the Left Verti cal Beam (#5). Secur e it w ith tw o M10 x 2 ½ ” Carri age Bolts (#85) , one 4 3/8” x 1 ¾” Bracket ( #73), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#99), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#96) .
STEP 6 (See Diagram 6) A.) Attach the Front Press Base (#10) to the Right Base Fr ame (#1). Secur e it wi th one M10 x 9 ¼” Front Pr ess Axle ( #49), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#99), and tw o M10 Aircr aft Nuts (#96). B.) Attach two Front Pr ess Frames (#13) onto the br acket on the Front Press Base.
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7) A.) Attach the Butterfly Support Frame (#11) to the front of Right Verti cal Frame ( #3). Attach the Butterfly Pull ey Suppor t (#12) to the back of Rig ht Vertical Fr ame. Alig n the holes and secure them wi th two M 10 x 2 ½ ” Carr iage Bolt s (#85), Ø ¾” W ashers (#99), and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#96) .
STEP 8 (See Diagram 8) A.) Attach the Verti cal Press Frame ( #20) to the Rear Ver tical Fr ame (#4). Secure i t wi th one M10 x 4 7/8” Vertical Press Axl e (#48), tw o Ø ¾” W a shers (#99), and two M10 x 5/8” Al len Bolts (#80). B.) Place the Ver tical Press Fr ame rest agai nst the rubber bumper on the Left Verti cal Beam (#5).

STEP 9 (See Cable Loop Diagram & Diagram 9) A.) Attach the 108” Upper C able (#37) to the front openi ng on the Upper Frame (#6). Attach a Pulley (#56) to the opening . Secure it w ith one M 10 x 2 3/8” Allen Bolt ( #83), tw o Pulley Bushings ( #55), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#96).
STEP 10 (See Cable Loop Diagram & Diagram 10) A.) Clip one end of the 106” Butterf ly Cable (#38) to the slot on the Left Butterfly Adjustment Frame. Draw the Cabl e through the slot then to the open l eft Swiv el Pull ey Bracket ( #23). B.) Attach a Pulley (#56) to the bracket.
STEP 11 (See Cable Loop Diagram & Diagram 11) A.) Attach the 239” Front Press Cable ( #36) to the low er opening on the Leg Dev eloper ( #19). Attach a Pulley (#56) to the opening . Secure it w ith one M 10 x 2 3/8” Al len Bolt ( #83), two Pulley Bushings ( #55), and one M10 Ai rcraft Nut (#96) .

STEP 12 (See Diagram 12) A.) Attach end of the 357” Leg Press Cabl e (#39) to the bracket on the Left Seat Support (#8). Secure the C able to the bracket w ith one M10 x 1” All en Bolt (#81), two Ø ¾ ” W ashers (#99), and one M 10 Aircr aft Nut (#96).

STEP 13 (See Diagram 13) A.) Place a Seat Pad (#32) onto the Seat Incl ine Adjustment (#16) . Secure it w ith tw o M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #92) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#98). B.) Insert the Seat Incline Adj ustment into the opening on the Left Seat Support.
STEP 14 (See Diagram 14) A.) Place a Seat Pad (#32) onto the R ight Seat Suppor t (#7). Secure i t wi th two M 8 x 2 3/8” Al len Bolts (#91) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#98). B.) Attach a Backrest Board (#33) to the Rig ht Vertical Beam ( #3). Secure it w ith two M8 x 2 3/8” Allen Bolts ( #91) and ∅ 5/8” W ashers (#98).
STEP 15 (See Diagram 15) A.) Securely tighten all the nuts and bolts prev iously installed. B.) To maximiz e the performance of the gy m, it is r ecommended to use light l ubricant such as W D-40 on the tw o chromed rods w hich the weight pl ates slide up and dow n to mini mum frictions.
