3 Introduction Y our new appliance is guar anteed* and will giv e lasting ser vice. This guar antee is only applicable if the appliance has been installed in accordance with the installation instructions detailed in this booklet. T o help make best use of y our cooking equipment, please read this booklet carefully .
4 Installation Before moving your cooker check that it is cool, and switch off at the cooker control unit. Movement of your cooker is most easily achieved by lifting the front as follows: Open the grill door sufficiently to allow a comfortable grip on the underside front edge of the oven roof, avoiding any grill elements.
5 Gas connection The cook er should be connected to the gas-supply by a corgi registered installer . Dur ing installation of this product it is essential to fit an approved gas tap to isolate the supply from the appliance for the convenience of any subsequent removal or servicing.

12 Use of Hotplates Practical Advice on Using the Burners T o use the b ur ners as efficiently as possib le, some basic guidelines should be f ollowed: • Use cookware that is the right size for each burner (see table) in order to prevent the flame from spreading beyond the bottom of the cookware.

19 Care and Cleaning Grill Remo ve the grill pan and the wire grid food suppor t, it is best to wash these items immediately after use to pre vent stains from being b ur nt on when used again. Wipe out the Gr ill compar tment, use a fine steel w ool soap pad to remo ve stub bo rn stains from the grill r unners and the floor of the compartment.
