10 SC5000 Rack Kit Installa tion Guide Remove Feet 1. Place th e chassis on a workb ench so the feet han g over the s ide. 2. Remove th e four screw s (Figur e 1, A) that a ttach the rea r foot to the chassis and remove the foot. 3. Remove th e four screw s that ho ld the front foo t to the cha ssis and re move th e foot.

Press th e plastic cl ip (Figu re 5, A) in tow ards the chassis. 4. Pull the hing e pin (F igure 5, B) out with one hand wh ile suppor ting the doo r with th e other.

18 SC5000 Rack Kit Installa tion Guide Remove Right Side Cover 1. Remove and save the sc rew at the rear of the c hassis (Fi gure 9, A). 2. Pull up on the black c lip (Figure 9, B). 3. Remove and save the bla ck clip (F igure 9, C). 4. Slide th e cover backwa rds and rem ove it (Fig ure 9, D).

Slide th e device into the b racket. 4. Insert and tigh ten the four screws removed when you removed the sl ide rails.
