2 1. Safet y P recautions Please read through the fo llowing b riefings carefully , and act in accordance with these rules, so as to prevent causing any danger o r violating any law . 7 Signal Light 1) Red light flashing: battery is charging. 2) Green light : battery is full. 3) Green light flashing: connected to network. 4) No light: Not connected to network and/or SIM Card not valid.
