• Remove pre-cooked food from the containers they come in sin ce these are not always heat resistant. Follow th e food manufacturer’s instructions. • If you have several containers, such as cups, for example, set them out uniformly o n the turntable plate.
5. Thick portions of food should be turned several times. 6. Distribute the frozen food as evenly as possible since narrow and thin portions defrost more quickly than the thicker and broader parts. 7. Fat-rich foods such as butter, cream cheese and cream should not be completely defrosted.
After half the grilling time has passed, check on how the cooking is going and, if necessary, turn the food over or brush it with some o il. The grill is especially suitable for cooking thin portions of meat a nd fish. Thin portion s of meat only need to be turned once, but thicker portions should be turn ed several times.
