7 Connecting the Speakers Connect the satellite speakers and subwoofer to the terminals on the rear panel using speaker cords supplied. The ends of the speaker cords are colored to indicate the terminals to be connected. CA UTION: Use speakers with the SPEAKER IMPED ANCE indicated b y the speaker terminals.

19 Disc Intr oduction — DVD/VCD/SVCD/CD • On some D VD or VCD/SVCD discs, their actual operations may be differ ent from what is explained in this manual. This is due to the disc pr ogramming and disc structure, but not a malfunction of this system.
20 Some discs contain sev eral audio languages, subtitles, and multi- angle views. When you find the follo wing marks on the disc or its package, you can select these elements recorded on the disc. Subtitles are recorded on the disc. The number inside the mark indicates the total number of the recorded subtitles.

34 RDS allows FM stations to send an additional signal along with their regular program signals.
