1 This User Guide co vers a number of dier ent models. Although some of the illustrations will look di erent to y our particular model the func tions will be the same. We hope the meaning is clear . This appliance is designed f or domestic cooking only .

3 2. Cook er Overview The 110 dual fuel cooker (F ig.2-1) has the following f eatures: A. 5 hotplate burners including a warmer and wok burner B. A control panel C. A grill D. M ain conv entional oven E. F an oven F. Storage dra wer Hotplat e Burners The drawing b y each of the central knobs indicates which burner that knob controls.
4 The igniter should spark and light the gas . Keep holding the knob pressed in to let the gas through to the burner for about ten seconds. If, when y ou let go of the control knob, the burner goes out, then the FSD has not been bypassed.
5 O O O O O O ArtNo.31 1-0006 Correct wok sizes The W ok Cradle The wok cradle is desig ned to t a 35 cm wok. I f you use a dieren t wok, make sure that it ts the cradle .
6 W armer On the right of the hob is the warmer (Fig .2-15) . Use the warmer for keeping f ood warm while the nal touches are put to a meal. Turn the con trol k nob counter-clockwise to the ‘On ’ position. F or best results, preheat a co vered serving dish for 10 minutes before adding f ood to it.
7 The Ov ens The clock must be set to the time of day bef ore the ovens will work. See the follo wing section on ‘ The Clo ck ’ for instructions on setting the time of day . References to ‘ left-hand’ and ‘right-hand’ ovens apply as view ed from the front of the appliance .

Pull the shelf f or ward until the back of the shelf is stopped by the shelf stop bumps in the oven sides (F ig.2-37) . Lift up the front of the shelf so the back of the shelf will pass under the shelf stop and then pull the shelf forward (Fig .

14 Grill The grill pan and trivet should be washed in hot soap y water . Alternatively , the grill pan can be washed in a dishwasher . After grilling meats or any f oods that soil, leave to soak f or a few minutes immediat ely af ter use. Stubborn particles may be remov ed from the trivet using a n ylon brush.
15 Removing the Main Oven Linings Some of the lining panels can be removed f or cleaning. Y ou will need to remov e the shelves before remo ving the panels. Each side of the oven is x ed with four xing screws. Y ou do not have to r emove the screws to r emove the oven linings.
16 Hotplate ignition or hotplat e burners fault y Is the power on? Is the clock illuminat ed? If not, there maybe something wrong with the po wer supply . Are the sparker (ignition electrode) or burner slots blocked by debris? Are the burner trim and caps correctly located? See the section on ‘Cleaning’ .
17 An ov en light is not working The bulb has probably burnt out. Y ou can buy a replacement bulb (which is not c over ed under the warranty) from a good electrical shop. Ask f or a 15 W – 230 V lamp , FOR OVENS. I t must be a special bulb, heat resistant to 300 °C (Fig .
