Also, avoid dusty locations or any location subject to vibration.

7 Basic operations English Basic operations Basic functions for disc playback Press the % % % % ST ANDBY/ON button to turn on this unit. The ST ANDBY indicator is turned off and the display is turned on. Press again to turn off the power and activate the standby mode.
Basic operations 8 Basic operations Disc to be played ba ck The disc set in the front-left disc tray when the carousel closes is loaded for playback. If no disc is set in the front- left disc tray when the carousel closed, the unit rotates the carousel clockwise until it finds a disc.
Basic operations 9 Basic operations English Locating a point to start playback Use the DISC SKIP button on the remote control unit. Each time the DISC SKIP button is pressed, the selected DISC number changes from 1 to 7, then back to 1. The selected disc will be played back.
Basic operations 10 Basic operations T o specify the desired track number , use the track buttons (1-10, +10). The unit searches for the selected track and playback starts automatically . T o specify the track number with the track buttons, see “ How to use the track buttons ” on page 9.
