Assembl y 5 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBL Y : Unpack the box in a clear area. Check to make sure all components are present and in good condition. Do not dispose of the packing material until the assembly is completed. T ools have been provided for you to use when assembling this product.
FIGURE 1 S tep 1: Attach Rear Foot T ube (2A) to Main Frame with two Bolts (1), two W ashers (4) and two Cap Nuts (5). S tep 2: Attach Front Foot T ube (2) with two Bolts (1), two W ashers (4) and two Cap Nuts (5). FIGURE 2 S tep 1: Thread the Right Pedal (9) into the right crank area of Main Frame.
Assembl y 7 FIGURE 3 S tep 1: Assemble Seat (13) to Seat Post (14) using four W ashers (77) and four nuts (42). S tep 2: Slide Assembled Seat into Main Frame. FIGURE 4 S tep 1: Connect Pulse W ires (17 & 18) to cables coming from Main Frame. S tep 2: Attach Console T ube (16) to Main Frame using four Screws (20) and four W ashers (4).

Console Ov er view 10 CONSOLE BUTT ONS PROGRAM: Use this button to select an exercise program (P1 to P1 1). +: Use this button to increase values (TIME, SPEED, DIST ANCE, etc.). -: Use this button to decrease values. This button also functions as a RESET .
CONSOLE FUNCTIONS TIME: Y ou can set the exercise time from 0-99 minutes by pressing the SELECT button until TIME flashes on display . Use the +/- buttons to increase or decrease the exercise TIME. Each press of the +/- buttons will increase/decrease exercise TIME by 1 minute.
HEAR T RA TE PROGRAMS: There are 5 programs for selection. Y ou can choose a program by using the PROGRAM button to scroll thru programs 2-5. See profile charts below for each program. This symbol will appear in the display along with the percentage of maximum HEAR T RA TE.
Monitoring Y our Hear t Rate Monitoring Y our Heart Rate T o obtain the greatest cardiovascular benefits from your exercise workout, it is important to work within your target heart rate zone. The American Heart Association (AHA) defines this target as 60%-75% percent of your maximum heart rate.
