8 9112i IP Phone Us er Guide Programmable Keys Programmable Keys There are 2 programmable k ey s on the 9112i phone, located to the far right of the dial pad, belo w the Swap key.
9112i I P Ph one User Guide 9 Programmable Keys 6. Press K to finish. 1. Click on Operation-> Programmable Keys . 2. Selec t "Hard Key 1" or " Har d Key 2 ". 3. In the " Type " field, select speeddial to a pply to the pro- grammable key.
10 9112i IP Phone Us er Guide Programmable Keys Setting a Key for "Do Not Disturb" (DND) The IP phon es have a featur e you can enable called "Do not Disturb (DND). The D ND function allows you to turn " do not disturb" ON and OFF.

The IP phon es suppo r t the Pa r k/ Pickup feature on the Asterisk, BroadWor ks, Sylantro, and ININ PBX servers.

9112i I P Ph one User Guide 21 Handling Calls Consul tive Tra nsfer You also have the option to consult with the pers on you are transferring th e call to, before yo u complete the transfer. To do this, simply remain on the li ne until the receiving party answers the ca l l.
22 9112i IP Phone Us er Guide Handling Calls Ending Ca lls To end a call, you fir st need to reconnect to the call if not already connected (fo r example, if you r caller is on hold). Press N to end the cal l . If co nnected through the handset, y ou can also p lace the handset ba ck on hook to end the call.

Directory List The Dire ctory List i s your pe rsonal phone boo k, conven iently stor ed within your phone.

26 9112i IP Phone Us er Guide Managing Calls Callers List The 9112i telephon e stores information on up to 200 inc o ming calls in the Callers list. Your telephone logs the number and name (if available) of th e caller, when they last called, and the number of times they tried to reach you.
9112i I P Ph one User Guide 27 Managing Calls Edit ing in the Callers List Impo rtant: The Callers list does not save changes. Editing in th e callers list is g enerally us ed if you plan to call the number and need to add a prefix.
28 9112i IP Phone Us er Guide Managing Calls Call Forwarding The call forwarding f eature on the IP phone allows incoming calls to be forwar ded to another destination. Call forwarding is disabl ed by default. You can enable call forwarding on a global basis only.
