073-0543 Re v . B Power Mac G4 Cube AirPort Card Replacement Instructions Be sure to f ollow these instructions carefully . Replacing the AirP or t Card in your computer requires fiv e basic steps: • Turn off the computer.
2 - Power Mac G4 Cube AirPort Card Removing the Computer Cor e Fr om the Enclosur e W arning: Always turn off y our computer bef ore opening it to av oid damaging its internal components. 1 Place your computer on a clean, flat surf ace. 2 Shut down y our computer b y opening the Special menu and choosing Shut Down.
Power Mac G4 Cube AirPort Card - 3 6 T ur n the computer upside down, and push do wn on the latch to release it. Allow the latch to extend completely. 7 Gently pull the core from the computer enclosure and place the core on a soft cloth.
