With nearly double the number of lines, progr essive scan offers higher picture r esolution and quality .

English 24 Setting the TV Displa y Set the aspect ratio of the D VD Pla yer according to the TV you ha ve connected. The format you select m ust be a vailable on the disc. If it is not, the setting for TV displa y will not affect the picture during pla yback.
