9 The nozzle assembly ma y be attached after the chip cov er on the tool body is remov ed. When slipping on the assembly , fit the pin on it into the rear cov er hole.
10 Dra w a cutting line on the wor kpiece . Inser t the edge fence into the hole in the front of the tool. Align the blade edge with the cutting line. Adjust the edge f ence until it comes in contact with the side of the workpiece, then secure it b y tightening the screw .
11 Chamfering T o make a chamfering cut as show n in the figure, align the “ V ” groov e in the front base with the edge of the workpiece and plane it. MAINTENANCE CA UTION: • Alwa ys be sure that the tool is switched off and unplugged bef ore attempting to perform inspection or maintenance.
12 Use a screwdriv er to remove the brush holder caps. T ake out the worn carbon br ushes , inser t the new ones and secure the brush holder caps. T o maintain product SAFETY and RELIABILITY , repairs.
