12 I nstalling or remo ving driver bit or drill bit Hold the ring and turn the sleev e countercloc kwise to open the chuck jaws . Pla ce the bit in the chuck as far as it will go . Hold the ring firmly and tur n the sleev e clockwise to tigh ten the chuck.
