COOKING GUIDE FOR LOWER POWER LEVELS The 10 power levels in addition to HIGH allow you to choose the best power level for the food you are cooking. Below are listed all the power levels, examples of foods best cooked at each level, and the amount of microwave power you are using.
Operation (cont'd) SENSOR OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Sensor Cook allows you to cook most of your favorite foods without selecting cooking times and power levels. The display will indicate SENSING during the initial sensing period. The oven automatically deter- mines required cooking time for each food item.
BAKED POTATO The BAKED POTATO pad lets you bake one or several potatoes without selecting cooking times and power levels. NOTE: • Before baking, pierce potato with fork several times. • After baking, let stand for 5 min- utes. Example: To cook 2 potatoes 1.
Operation (cont'd) WEIGHT CONVERSION CHART To enter food weight in AUTO DEFROST, you must specify pounds and tenths of a pound. If the weight on the food package is in fractions of a pound, you can use the following chart to convert the weight to decimals.
TIME DEFROST This feature allows you to choose the time you want to defrost. The Time Defrost Chart provides some basic guidelines for using Time Defrost. Example: To defrost for 2 minutes O0 1. Touch TIME DEFROST pad. 2. Enter the defrost- ing time you want.
