5 CONVECT BAKE Convection bakin g an d roastin g 1. Pre ss CONVEC T BAKE. 2. Press TEMP/TIME “+” or “-” keypad s to set a temper ature other than 350 °F (175° C) in 5° incremen ts between 1 70°F a nd 525°F (75°C and 275°C). 3. Press ST ART .
6 COOKTOP USE Electric igniters automatically ligh t the surface burners when contr ol knobs are turned to IGNITE. Before setting a contr ol knob, place filled cookware on the grate. Do not operate a bur ner using empty cookwar e or without cookwar e on the grate.

9 Broiling Broiling uses direct radiant heat to cook food. Changing the temperature when Custom Broiling allows more precise control when cooking. The lower the temperatur e, the slower the cooking. Thicker cu ts and unevenly sh aped pieces of m eat, fish and poultry may cook better at lower broiling temperatures.
