7 On the Holiday , t he oven temperatu re can be changed once the oven is in Sabb ath Mode by pressing the “+” or “-” keypads (if present) or the “More” or “Less” keypad s (if present). The oven temperature w ill cha nge 25° F (14°C) e ach ti me the keypad i s pressed.
8 Multiple Rack Cooking 2-rack: Use rack posi tions 2 and 4. Baking Layer Cakes on 2 Racks For best results when baking cakes on 2 racks , use racks 2 and 4 for baking. Before self-clean ing, make sure the door is completely closed or the door will not lock and the self-clea ning cycle will no t begin.
