3 Product safety • Ensure the blank et is used in the manner in which it is intended, either as an ov erblanket or underblank et as appropriate. • If used on an adjustable bed, check the blank et or cord cannot become trapped or rucked. • Ensure the pr oduct is correctly fitted to the bed, following the instructions in this booklet.

5 Fitting instructions • Use only as an underblanket and do not use abov e the occupant of the bed. • This product can be used with any type of bedding including waterpr oof bed protectors. • W ARNING: Ensure the blanket is not folded, rucked or creased.

7 HOW TO USE 1 Ensure the blank et is fitted to the bed correctly . Move the slider switch to the ‘OFF’ position. 2 Plug the pow er lead into the closest socket, using an extension lead if needed to ensure that the lead is not stretched. Start up 1 When plugged in, the red po wer LED will illuminate.
8 Setting the timer 1 Mov e the slider to timer position. 2 The star t and timer symbols will appear plus the hour will flash. Use the up and down buttons to select the req uired start time ensuring its on the cor rect AM or PM. When desired hour is selected press mode button F .
9 J WASHING INSTRUCTIONS W ARNING: • Do NO T dry clean - • Do NO T iron - W ARNING: Before washing ensure that you detach all the controls from the blanket. 1 Measure the blank et so it can be stretched bac k to its original size whilst w et. 2 Only use in a washing machine with a drum large enough to take the blank et without for cing it in.
10 After sales servicing Examine the blanket and cor d freq uently for signs of w ear or damage. In the case of damage do not use. If the blanket fails to operate, check the f ollowing: 1 Ensure that the plug and sock et hav e not become disconnected.
11 For electrical products sold within the European Community . At the end of the electrical products useful life it should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recy cle where facilities exist. Check with y our Local Authority or retailer for recy cling advice in your country .
