English English-3 Quic k Star t T o attach the MultiSync LCD monitor to your system, f ollow these instructions: 1. T ur n off the power to y our computer . 2. For the PC or MA C with DVI digital output: Connect the D VI signal cable (not included) to the connector of the display card in your system ( Figure A.

English English-5 Raise and Lower Monitor Screen The monitor may be r aised or lowered. T o raise or lower screen, place hands on each side of the monitor and lift or lo wer to the desired height ( Figure RL.1 ). Tilt Grasp both sides of the monitor screen with your hands and adjust the tilt as desired ( Figure TS.

T o meet the safety requirements the monitor must be mounted to an arm which guaranties the necessary stability under consideration of the weight of the monitor .
English-8 Contr ols OSM (On-Screen-Manager) Contr ols The OSM controls on the front of the monitor function as follo ws: T o access OSM press any of the control buttons ( < , > , - , + , EXIT ). T o change signal input, press the SELECT button. NO TE: OSM must be closed in order to change signal input.
English English-9 FINE Improv es f ocus, clarity and image stability by increasing or decreasing this setting. Should the “ Auto Adjust function ” and the “ H.Siz e ” function do not giv e you a satisf actor y picture setting, a fine tuning can be perf or med using the “ Fine ” function.
English-10 Inf ormation DISPLA Y MODE Indicates the current display resolution and frequency setting of the monitor . MONIT OR INFO . Indicates the model and serial numbers of your monitor .
